In accordance with Article 13 GDPR of 27 April 2016 (OJ L 119 of 04.05.2016), Lazarski University informs you that:
Lazarski University based in Warsaw, postcode 02-662, 43 Świeradowska Street, is the controller of your personal data.
The controller has appointed a data protection officer available on iod@lazarski.edu.pl.
Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of:
performing the contest “Lazarski Diamonds”, selecting and announcing the winners, and awarding prizes, in accordance with Article 6 par 1 (f) GDPR,
if you give consent to process your personal data and image for the purpose of the marketing of Lazarski University services, your personal data shall be processed only for this purpose, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (a) GDPR.
Your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of:
organising events, conferences and competitions, promotional campaigns and surveys, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR,
carrying out promotional and advertising campaigns and other trade activities connected with the Controller’s educational services, including in the form of mailing and SMS, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (a) GDPR,
fulfilling obligations resulting from mutual agreements concerning informing about partners and their services and products, including in the form of mailing, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (a) GDPR.
Your personal data shall not be subject to automated processing and profiling.
Your personal data shall be retained:
for a period necessary to implement the contest “Lazarski Diamonds”,
in case of processing for the needs of marketing the University own products based on justified interest, until the interest exists or the data subject objects processing,
in case of giving consent to the processing of personal data, until the withdrawal of the consent.
The recipients of your data may only include entities authorised to have access to personal data in accordance with the provisions of the law, authorised employees and entities who the controller requested and commissioned to process data, e.g. program providers and hosting businesses.
You shall have the right to demand that the controller give you access to your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing at any time and the right to data portability. If you give consent to process your data, you shall also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (with no effect on the lawfulness of the processing conducted before the withdrawal of this consent).
You shall have the right to object to your data processing at any time based on Article 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR.
You shall have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, necessary in order to perform the tasks for which they are collected. Failure to provide personal data may result in the inability to take part in the contest.
