Aviation Programme gained a new partner

Prof. Anna Konert, on behalf of Lazarski University, signed a cooperation agreement in Geneva with the International Air Transport Association. IATA is another partner with whom we will improve our rich and diverse aviation offer, incl. in the field of postgraduate education.

Founded in 1945, the International Air Transport Association is a global trade organization of 290 carriers, headquartered in Montreal and in Geneva . The main task of IATA is to support the aviation industry in matters of safety, fair competition and the uniformity of ticket prices. In addition, the organization has become a global regulator for the transport of dangerous goods by air and issues the so-called IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations manual, which is a legal and practical interpretation of this issue.

Cooperation with a partner concerns, inter alia, improving the Airline Management program implemented at Lazarski University. Thanks to it, students will be able to take part in expert workshops organized at the IATA Board Office in Geneva. In addition, upon graduation, program graduates also receive an IATA certificate.

“Lazarski University, including Lazarski University Postgraduate Education Center, are constantly looking for ways and tools that will allow them to improve the wide range of aviation courses. Thanks to cooperation with international institutional partners, our expertise in the field of broadly understood aviation ceased to have a local dimension a long time ago. Our students, after graduation, by definition begin or further develop their careers from a higher, international level "- comments prof Anna Konert, head of aviation at Lazarski University Postgraduate Education Center.
